Rohto Mentholatum Acne Creamy Face Wash Review

Have you ever tried using a minty face wash to help you manage acne? I first became aware of this face wash through YesStyle a few months ago. I needed a face cleanser that could treat my inflamed skin at the moment, so I got this product without hesitation.

According to what I have researched, the Rohto Mentholatum Acne Creamy Face Wash was produced in Japan. It effectively cleanses the face to remove dirt, oil, impurities and excess sebum to prevent pimples. It has olive extract, vitamin C & E which hydrates the skin without feeling tight and licorice extract which helps soothe pimpled skin.

This facial wash has a creamy texture effectively fights acne-causing germs for oil-free, purified, smooth skin. The strong and effective ingredient IMP* helps remove 99.9% of acne-causing germs, prevents future breakouts and helps clear skin, while also softening the skin. It also has oil-controlling mechanism that helps remove excessive oil and sebum to deliver a shine-free skin and intensively exfoliates dead skin cells by allowing water to combine with oil/dirt and washing them away, hence purifying pores to reveal clearer skin.

When I was in the Philippines a few months ago, I got this product and chose to use it for one month, twice daily, because I had breakouts all over and began to have trust in this product, believing it would help me fix my skin condition. It comes in basic packaging and lasts a long time, even when used twice a day. I barely needed a pea-sized quantity to cover my entire face with foam.

My skin felt more revitalized because to the wonderful citrus aroma of this. It also has a cooling effect, which causes my zits to dry up right away. My skin’s texture was really smoothed out and made to seem clean at the same time. I’ve never used Japanese skincare products before, but I was pleased with the results it gave my face. My skin became clearer and oil-free as it did not irritate it.

At first, I assumed it would irritate my face or create dryness like any other acne facial cleanser on the market, but this one does not strip the moisture from my skin and does not negatively effect my skin barrier. As a result, my skin became smoother and healthier. Aside from eating, I like utilizing minty skin care products. Cooling my skin using products like this one is a pleasant and refreshing way of skin rejuvenation. That is why I like it so much.

I recommend this product to those who are suffering from irritation and acne-prone skin. ☺️
