The Skinfood Royal Honey Essential Toner

Honey has long been valued as a rare delicacy with therapeutic benefits in both Eastern and Western medicine. It has anti-aging, hydrating, and antibacterial characteristics, making it a natural beauty treatment.

I am aware that I possess an excessive amount of beauty supplies. So, THE SKINFOOD ROYAL HONEY ESSENTIAL TONER, which we purchased from Sephora a few weeks ago, is another Korean product that is well of our time and money.

According to Skinfood, this product creates a protective barrier for long lasting moisture and a honey kissed complexion. This is a revamp with double the honey content of the royal honey toner. It has an essential toner moisturizing effect and contains the honey content and concentrated aged honey, and completes daily skin care routine leaving the skin honey-packed, moisturized and smooth. It contains double honey content and original aged honey hence providing a powerful moisturizing effect, and even if it has sticky texture like honey, it is absorbed into skin quickly leaving it smooth and glowing without a sticky finish.

Benefits

🌸Acne: Honey is naturally antibacterial, so it’s great for acne treatment and prevention.
🌸Aging: Full of antioxidants, it is great for slowing down aging.
🌸Complexion boost: It is extremely moisturizing and soothing, so it helps create a glow.
🌸Pores: Honey is clarifying because it opens up pores making them easy to unclog.

How To Use

After cleansing, dispense onto a cotton pad and wipe face in an outward motion.

Ingredients

Water, Honey Extract, Dipropylene Glycol, Royal Jelly Extract, Alcohol Denat., Peg/Ppg-17/6 Copolymer, Glycerin, Glycereth-26, Butylene Glycol, Propylene Glycol, Beta-Glucan, Honey, Peg-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Ethylhexylglycerin, Hexylene Glycol, Bis-Peg-18 Methyl Ether Dimethyl Silane, Propolis Extract, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Arginine, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/Vp Copolymer, Disodium Edta, Sodium Hyaluronate, Bht, 1,2-Hexanediol, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance.

I made the decision to test this toner since I had heard so many positive things about it. I had anticipated that it would feel sticky and weighty on my face. My skin looked brighter and more dewy after application. My face became more hydrated and clearer as a result. Because of the brighter complexion it provided my skin, I decided to skip wearing makeup. I can finally declare that I like this. It is worthwhile to purchase and test it at the same time.

It’s a lovely moisturizing toner. I’m used to toners having a viscosity similar to water, but this is just a tiny bit thicker. It leaves the skin with a lovely, soft, silky finish and is not at all sticky. Although the product really looks like honey in the bottle, it neither feels nor behaves like honey. My skin feels mildly hydrated, yet it doesn’t leave behind a residue. It might not be enough for people with oily skin, but it worked wonders for my face.

Aside from the change it made to my face, the container has a honey-like texture. Good thing the package was altered. It is quite expensive in terms of pricing, but it is still worthwhile to try.

Everyone should put this product on their list of favorite items. Anyone searching for a hydrating and brightening toner should definitely try this, in my perspective. Every time you apply it, your skin will truly glow and seem brighter.

My Overall Rating
