This is the first time I’ve tried an oil cleanser, as well as a product from this company. Oil cleansers are becoming increasingly popular, with several manufacturers developing their own oil-based cleansers. They said that using oil on the face would hinder the skin from becoming clearer and cleaner. Then the two universes clash. Researchers observed that using oils instead of typical soaps or cleansers can help maintain the natural lipid layer of the skin and the healthy bacteria that dwell there, which can help guard against condition such as acne.
IPSY provided me with this Go To Fancy Nourishing Oil Cleanser. This product, according to Go To Skincare, is a sumptuous washing oil for exceptionally clean, moisturized, supple, and super-soft skin. It effortlessly dissolves makeup (even long-wear or waterproof), sunscreen (even zinc! ), and excess sebum and grime, leaving the skin soft and clean.
This nourishing oil cleanser is as good for mature or dry skin as it is for youthful, oily, or highly made-up skin. There is no dryness, no tightness, and no messing with your skin’s barrier.
How To Use
Apply 3 pumps of oil into your dry hands, and massage into your dry face in circular motions. Hold your face cloth or muslin under the hot tap and get it nice and warm, then wipe the face completely clean. For bonus points, cover your face in the cloth and compress it on for 10 seconds first.
Sunflower oil, sweet almond oil, caprylic/capric triglyceride, camellia oil, passion fruit seed oil, polyglyceryl-2 sesquioleate, argan oil, isoamyl laurate, vitamin e, polyglyceryl-2 caprate, natural fragrance (roses, tuberoses and gardenias), rosemary leaf extract.
As I previously stated, this was my first time using a facial oil cleanser, so I have no idea if I’m doing it correctly. Because I have oily skin, I used this product twice or three times a week. I’ve spent a lot of time reading articles regarding the benefits of oil cleansers for oily skin, and I can tell that everything I learnt is correct. Many individuals previously stated that it should not be used not just on oily skin but on all skin types since it might worsen skin issues.
The scent was the first thing I noticed after using this product. The scent of sunflower oil was so strong that it reminded me of when I used the Sunflower Beauty Oil. This product was applied to my dry skin before my nighttime skincare regimen, and I massaged it in a circular motion before dabbing it gently with a warm towel. I used my foam cleanser to rinse it. My other skincare products were also easily absorbed after using this product.
Actually, using this product made me feel calm since it gave the impression that I was treating my skin to a spa treatment. It did not increase my oiliness or bother my skin. I’m not sure whether it actually removed all of the contaminants as advertised, but I’m pleased with how I feel when using this product.
Since this is my first time using this product, I’d want to add that I’m pleased with the results and will certainly purchase it again. It is highly recommended for newbies like myself.
