VT Cosmetics Cica Set Review

My joy and excitement are overwhelming. I was so overjoyed to learn through email from StyleKorean that I had been selected to try out and evaluate the VT Cosmetics Cica Set product.

I submitted my application in December 2020, and on January 6 I received a message of congratulations. It was the first time I had ever received a free item in return for a review, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. 😍

So why did I apply for VT Cosmetics?

They actually had two other brands of Cica sets available for review, but I picked VT Cosmetics as I had never used their product before, was interested about it, and was drawn to the packaging. I made this decision without having read or otherwise learned any specifics about the items itself.

The set consists of the following products:

When I saw the email from StyleKorean, I was overjoyed since I had been picked to provide a review for the VT Cosmetics Cica Set. My enthusiasm grew because I had never tried Cica products before. I’ve seen Cica products previously, but I’m only interested in brightness and am unaware of Cica’s advantages.

I utilized the products as soon as I received them. I have five tiny sachets of Cica Mild Foam Cleanser, and because I only have five, I’m using it sparingly so that I may use it for a long time. Actually, a small quantity goes a long way; it’s foamy and has an earthy scent. The mildness that the cleanser imparted on my skin was excellent; it made my skin soft.

My face was irritated from the last serum that I used before using the Cica set, so when I read about the advantages of Cica, I believed that it would truly calm my inflamed skin. So, after cleansing, I exfoliated my skin using Cica Mild Toner Pads. Actually, I’m quite bewildered since they handed me two toners. The first is Cica Skin, and the second is Cica Mild Toner Pads. I’m not sure if I need to use both at the same time, so I decided to use them alternately. I opted to use one pad to exfoliate my skin and the other to tone it naturally. Both are excellent. These 2 are my faves from the Cica set since I felt like they consistently nourished my skin. I also believed that the pads did a good job of removing my dead skin cells because of how clean my skin appeared after using them.

Following the use of the toner, the Cica cream is applied. This moisturizer is incredibly light and absorbed quickly on my skin because it has a gel-like consistency. I just don’t like the way this one smells. I can’t explain the fragrance, but it’s rather strong in comparison to the others. I’m also hoping that this one can relieve my itchy skin. I’m not a fan of moisturizers, but I’ll give this one a shot. Despite the fact that it can be a wonderful primer, I believe that using it at night will be preferable because using it in the morning made my face oilier.

I was astounded by how well the Cica Bubble Sparkling Booster really worked. It was my first time using a bubble cleanser, so it was a lot of fun. You will experience a tingling feeling, but after rinsing it with lukewarm water, you will see that the waste from your skin has been wiped away as well. The formula began to bubble up seconds after I applied it on my skin. The skin appears to be being detoxified.

I’ve also acquired 2 Cica Sleeping Masks. I don’t wear a sleeping mask since I wore one from a different brand once and it upset my skin the next day, so I stopped using it. Though I was reluctant to use one as before, this sleeping mask made me decide the other way, so I used it as my last skincare regimen and the next day, nothing negative happened. There are no irritations, redness, or pimples; simply a fresh me. I wasn’t able to snap a photo of this one because I used it right away, but I can definitely state that it is really lovely and safe for sensitive skin.

Above all, my overall experience with this product was outstanding. It was so gentle and lovely that you will continue to use it. I had redness all over my face from the previous serum’s irritation, but this set is gradually reducing the redness. For people like me who have sensitive skin, this is a great nice product to use. I absolutely enjoyed how this stuff made my face look. The only drawbacks I found were the strong fragrance of the cream and the absence of detailed instructions on how to use the products, but other from that, this set is really fantastic.

I will absolutely buy it in the future. It is highly recommended for individuals with sensitive and inflamed skin.
